This lavender is the sweeter less camphorous type of lavender. It is a very pretty blue colour. This lavender was harvested and dried in January 2023. Lavender comes to you in labelled cellophane bags.
The 25gm packet is equal to one cup of dried lavender and the 100gm packet is equal to four cups of dried lavender. This lavender is the type used in cooking but until we are a licensed food producer we cannot sell it as such.
